Return & Refund Policy

At AirlicanPitch, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Cleats must not show signs of use on the field.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used soccer cleats

  • Worn goalkeeper gloves

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
